We adopt a corporate management and organization model based on a system of principles (Code of Ethics, Policies) and management and control instruments (risk management, procedures, controls) aimed at safeguarding key non financial matters, in line with applicable regulations that exist in the different countries where we work, and also with the main international standards and guidelines.

Having signed the UN's Global Compact, the largest global initiative for Sustainability, we are committed to operate according to the ten universally acknowledged principles on human righst, work, the environment and anti-corruption.

Code of Ethics and Policies

Company policies, together with the Code of Ethics, are the main key reference points that guide our daily actions. Webuild has issued a series of corporate policies which, together with its Code of Ethics, constitute the main references for all those working in the Group.   

Sustainability Policy: this contains the principles the Company has committed to comply with while running its business activities to contribute to the economic progress, social wellbeing and environmental protection of the countries in which it operates.

Human Rights Policy: this contains the principles that the Company committed to abide by, to make sure that work is carried out with the human dignity born from fair and favourable work conditions, while always respecting the needs and existing differences of our employees, and making sure that our stakeholders’ human rights are safeguarded and protected.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy: this contains the principles that the Company commited to abide by, to promote inclusive workplaces, where everyone’s skill and potential are valued at best, while also developing the company’s human capital.

Quality Policy: this contains the principles the Company has committed to comply with while running its business activities to guarantee total customer satisfaction, the active involvement of all its stakeholders and the continual improvement of its quality system.

Environmental Policy: this contains the principles the Company has committed to comply with while running its business activities to achieve the highest levels of environmental safeguarding and protection.

Health and Safety Policy: this contains the principles the Company has committed to comply with while running its business activities to achieve the highest levels of protection of its workers' health and safety.

Anti-Corruption Model: this contains the principles governing all staff conduct as regards Anti-Corruption.

Supplier Code of Conduct: defines our Group's principles and expectations with regard to our suppliers, especially in terms of ethics, integrity, quality and construction excellence, business practices, environmental safeguard and local communities.
