Webuild believes in young talents and designs the future by investing in their present. We value their skills and foster and incentivise their development with professional and training paths that allow each one to express their full potential.
To do so, we collaborate with an ever-expanding network of premium universities in Italy and globally, and with technical colleges, with the aim of attracting, selecting and training talented junior profiles, in the early stages of their careers and for the development of the next generation of Tomorrow's Builders, destined to become the driving force of our Group in the future.
Through training, employer branding and talent attraction programmes and initiatives around the world, we want to help support innovation, inclusion and professional training of young talent.
The Alberto Giovannini Award, the School of Trades, the 'Ingenio al femminile' Award, the STEM programmes, are just some of the activities that testify to our commitment to train tomorrow’s builders.
