Our Leadership Model
In 2019, we defined a new corporate Leadership Model that identifies managerial competencies and behaviours needed to reach the Group's strategic targets, in line with corporate values. The Model is at the base of HR management processes (selection, development performance management). It is also a guide for our people, who will use it for inspiration and as a reference during their daily work activities.
We are a team committed, at a global level, to building infrastructure capable of contributing to the creation of a more sustainable world, with strong roots in our fundamental values. We meet this change with a clear vision in mind, and through shared common behaviours, to fully seize the growth opportunities that are there for us to take.
Our past speaks of many companies merging together, each with diverse stories to tell, cultures and experiences. They taught us that change is a fundamental must always be promoted through courage. Our leaders must be the protagonists of this evolutionary pathway, accompanying and guiding their people by their very example
We need men and women capable of guiding our company through the new challenges that we must meet. And this must be done through a common leadership model, which must be the same for everyone, irrespective of our roles, sector or of the Country where we work
