Kouroussa – Kankan Road

Construction of the Kouroussa-Kankan road and a bridge over the Niger river with approach embankments. The road is surfaced with bituminous concrete and has a lenght of 84 Km and a width of 6 m. The bridge is made of 11×35 spans for a total length of 385.5 m. The deck consists of 3 prestressed concrete beams, each 2 m high, connected by a reinforced concrete slab. Each plinth of foundation is supported by 4 drelled piles of 1 m diameter with an average length of 22 m.
