The project involved construction of a shopping centre with a surface area of approximately 194,500 m² on five floors: the first two floors house car parks (120,000 m²), the third and fourth floors (73,000 m²) house the shopping centre, while the fifth floor is used for offices (1,500 m²).

The project was executed on a turnkey contract basis, with delivery of a fully operating building.
