Construction of all prestressed concrete structures, prefabricated components, and metal structures for construction of the new building for the Council of Ministers of the European Economic Community in Brussels.

The building has 12 floors for offices with a total surface area of 215,000 m²; it also includes a parking area with 75,000 m2, a conference hall with 55,000 m2, and the General Secretariat with 80,000 m2.
