Milan, June 3, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period May 27-31, 2024 included, no. 20,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.002% of the ordinary share capital and 0.09% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of € 42.090. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of May 31, 2024, amounts to 24,384,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.396% of the ordinary share capital.
