Milan, May 15, 2023 – Webuild S.p.A. informs that it has purchased, in the week of May 8-12, 2023 included, no. 95,000 ordinary treasury shares (LEI: 549300UKR289DF4UXQ47), at an average price of Euro 1.9602 per share, for a total value of Euro 186,215.15 as part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023.

The purchases were made through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.

Following the purchases made, Webuild S.p.A. holds as at May 12, 2023 no. 18,455,795 ordinary treasury shares, representing 1.844% of the ordinary share capital.
