Milan, May 27, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period May 20-24, 2024 included, no. 620,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.06% of the ordinary share capital and 2.14% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of € 1,285,655.16. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of May 24, 2024, amounts to 24,364,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.394% of the ordinary share capital.
