Milan, March 25, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period March 11-15, 2024 included, no. 1,551,717 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.15% of the ordinary share capital and 1.58% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of € 3,701,923.93. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of March 22, 2024, amounts to 23,438,511 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.3% of the ordinary share capital.
