Milan, July 22, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period July 15-19, 2024 included, no. 10,226 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.001% of the ordinary share capital and 0.07% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €22,051.23. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of July 19, 2024, amounts to 25,357,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.492% of the ordinary share capital.
