Milan, August 12, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period August 5-9, 2024 included, no. 170,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.017% of the ordinary share capital and 2.37% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €377,847.76. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of August 9, 2024, amounts to 25,727,437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.528% of the ordinary share capital.
