Milan, June 10, 2024 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period June 3-7, 2024 included, no. 35,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.003% of the ordinary share capital and 0.42% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of € 72,860. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of June 7, 2024, amounts to 24,419,211 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.4% of the ordinary share capital.
