Milan, October 6, 2023 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the week of October 2-6, 2023 included, no. 77,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.008 % of the ordinary share capital and 1.4% of the total volume of the exchanged shares) for an overall countervalue of € 125,439.03. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of October 6, 2023, amounts to 21,312,392 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.101% of the ordinary share capital.
