Milan, June 5, 2023 – Webuild S.p.A. informs that it has purchased, in the week of May 29 – June 2, 2023 included, no. 121,313 ordinary treasury shares (LEI: 549300UKR289DF4UXQ47), at an average price of Euro 1.8336 per share, for a total value of Euro 222,439.33 as part of the purchase authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023.

The purchases were made through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.

Following the purchases made, Webuild S.p.A. holds as at June 2, 2023 no. 18,686,108 ordinary treasury shares, representing 1.861% of the ordinary share capital.
