Milan, October 2, 2023 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the week of September 25-29, 2023 included, no. 40,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.004 % of the ordinary share capital and 0.81% of the total volume of the exchanged shares) for an overall countervalue of € 67,065.00. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of September 29, 2023, amounts to 21,235,392 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.094% of the ordinary share capital.

The purchases were made through the intermediary Intermonte S.p.A.
