Milan, 2016 January 15th - Salini Impregilo (MTA: SAL) announces the signing of the contract for the disposal of Todini Costruzioni Generali S.p.A. (“TCG”) to Prime System Kz Ltd., a company incorporated and organized under the laws of Kazakhstan, for a consideration of c. €50m.

In the context of the transaction Salini Impregilo shall retain TCG’s assets in Italy, ‎and in other minor assets in North Africa and Ukraine.

The disposal will have a limited impact on consolidated net income in 2015 and a positive impact on the net financial position in 2016, in compliance with the international accounting principles.

The transaction is subject to the implementation of TCG group reorganization and customary antitrust approvals and permissions by local  National Bank and other Governmental Authorities of Kazakhstan within 31st March 2016.

Todini’s disposal, approved by Salini Impregilo’s Board of Directors on March 19th 2014 is an additional step forward to the fulfillment of Salini Impregilo strategic goals.
