Milan - April 8, 2025 - Following the Press Release issued today on the change in share capital and the total amount of voting rights, 
please be advised that, considering the small number of shares subject to the increase (4,415 shares), there have been no significant changes in relation to voting rights of shareholders of Webuild S.p.A. - with an interest above 3% of the total number of voting rights - who have requested and obtained the registration in the List for the attribution of the increased voting rights.

The table below therefore shows no changes compared to the Press Release of March 4, 2025.
