Milan, December 13, 2024 – In compliance with applicable regulations, it is hereby announced that the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of Webuild S.p.A., held on October 24, 2024, are available to the public. During this meeting, the Board approved the merger by incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary Webuild Italia S.p.A. into Webuild S.p.A. This decision was made pursuant to Article 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and Article 24 of the Articles of Association. The merger plan was published on September 23, 2024.
