Milan, June 5, 2024 –  Webuild S.p.A. as required pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/1998, art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation and of the Articles of Association, is hereby publishing the data relating to the shares that make up the share capital and the number of voting rights exercisable at the meeting following the events hereunder that occurred in the month of May 2024:

(i) achievement of the increased voting right relating to a total of no. 1,632,346 ordinary shares;

(ii) cancellation of the increase in voting rights relating to a total of no. 40,000,000 ordinary shares.
