Milan, November 10, 2023 – Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the week of November 6-10, 2023 included, no. 120,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.012 % of the ordinary share capital and 1.75% of the total volume of the exchanged shares) for an overall countervalue of € 207,049.56. 

In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of November 10, 2023, amounts to 21,432,392 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.113% of the ordinary share capital.
