Milan, December 10, 2021 - Following our communication of October 14, 2021, please note that today, the transfer of the registered office of Webuild SpA, from “Via Adige no. 19” in Milan to "Centro Direzionale Milanofiori Strada 6 - Palazzo L.” in Rozzano (Milan)" was registered with the Milan Business Registry. 

Please note that the new Bylaws of Webuild S.p.A. in force from today, following the aforementioned registration, have been updated in art. 3, with reference to said new registered office, and are available to the public, in accordance with current legislation, on the Company's website, www.webuildgroup.com, in the “Governance” section, on the “Governance System” page.
