Milan, November 22, 2017 – Salini Impregilo ranked 1st in the corporate governance excellence in Italy awards, MID-CAP Segment - Industrial Sector.

This is what emerges from the Observatory on Corporate Governance Excellence in Italy - Final Report 2017 – published by The European House – Ambrosetti.

The record was determined according to 32 KPIs, divided into 5 groups: Shareholder composition, BoD composition, BoD functioning, remuneration policies and control and risk management systems. In particular, Salini Impregilo won due to its remuneration mechanisms, to its high number of independent directors and to how its control and risk management system is structured, which shows the Company's great attention and commitment towards an effective and transparent governance system and to its trustworthy stakeholder relationship.
