The Shareholders' Meeting of Webuild S.p.A. met on April 24, 2024, approved the annual financial statements of Webuild S.p.A. as at December 31, 2023, and the distribution to shareholders of a dividend of €0.071 for each Ordinary Share (+25% compared to 2022) and €0.824 for each Savings Share. 

Distribution date from 22 May 2024, with an ex-dividend date of May 20, 2024 (record date: May 21, 2024).
