The Forrestfield-Airport Link is part of the works planned by the city of Perth to improve transport options and facilitate connections to the airport, reducing traffic and CO2 emissions. The project is being designed and constructed by Webuild, in joint venture with NRW Civil and Mining. It is 8.5 km long, and it includes 3 stations: Forrestfield, Redcliffe and Airport Central, the city’s international airport.
