Build Up
Webuild believes in the importance of preparing new generations so that they can successfully meet the challenges of the work arena, providing high-school students with the opportunity of developing the skills required by the large infrastructure sector. With this aim in mind, we started the "Programma per lo Sviluppo delle Competenze Trasversali" (Development of Transversal Skills Programme), for CAT Technical Schools, Mechatronics and Geotechnical schools in Italy.
During the 2023-2024 school year, schools that adhered to the Build Up Programme provided students the opportunity of getting into the large infrastructure sector and professions of said sector, through an engaging and stimulating experience, during which they applied their skills in a real-life context.
