Aeroporto Internazionale "Henri Coandă" di Bucarest-Otopeni

Henri Coandă International Airport is currently the largest airport in Romania.

The works were carried out in multiple separate stages, starting in the 1990s, with the aim of boosting the facility’s transport capacity up to 10,000,000 passengers per year.

All in all, the work involved the construction of the new arrival terminal, several taxiways, multi-storey car park and the building linking the departures and arrival terminals, the extension of the departure terminal and the renovation of the technical area. This was subsequently followed by the upgrading and modernisation of the passenger arrival and departure terminals, the reorganisation of passenger flows, the modernisation of the Presidential Building and the construction of a surface-level car park.
